Jayesh loves running and cycling, has done a few marathons, several half marathons and an Ironman 70.3 finisher. Trushit is partner at Caltius, comes with over 19 years of leadership experience across Industry and consulting. Chartered Accountant by qualification, he comes with a strong controllership, FP&A and financial engineering expertise. He leads Transformation practice at Caltius.
