Jayesh Joshi, Founder
Jayesh is founding partner at Caltius. Comes with over 22 years of experience in leadership positions across industry and consulting. Brings in a rich deal making experience across healthcare & life sciences, renewable energy, infrastructure and manufacturing segments.
Before founding Caltius, he has worked with Claris Lifesciences, Otsuka Pharma India, Dorizoe Lifesciences and Meghraj capital advisors. Jayesh is an MBA Finance from North Gujarat University.
Jayesh loves running and cycling, has done a few marathons, several half marathons and an Ironman 70.3 finisher.
Trushit Soni, Partner
Trushit is partner at Caltius, comes with over 19 years of leadership experience across Industry and consulting. Chartered Accountant by qualification, he comes with a strong controllership, FP&A and financial engineering expertise. He leads Transformation practice at Caltius.
Before joining Caltius, Trushit has worked as India controller at Sophos, Abellon clean energy, Tata and Adani groups.
Trushit loves travel, cricket and discuss fitness.
